What Is EFT?
EFT is short for "Emotional Freedom Technique"
It is a relatively new complementary therapy that comes from the USA and is proving to be
very effective in dealing with ALL negative emotions.
EFT is easy to learn and once you know how to use it, you can use it on all your emotional
issues without having to go back to a therapist each time.
Gentle enough to be used by all ages and abilities but powerful enough to deal with deep seated
emotions, EFT can help with many issues and has a high success rate of 80-90%
EFT is a complementary therapy and can be used alongside traditional medical treatments. However, you
should always check any physical or psychological symptoms with your doctor or consultant.
